3Qi are an IoT Proptech and ESG company born in Scotland now also with offices in London, who are passionate about our environment and the world we live in and doing our bit to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come.

We develop, deliver and deploy real time Smart City and Smart Property IoT solutions across various sectors from Housing and Healthcare to Hospitality and Commercial Property.

Unfortunately, all too often we see organisations taking the silo approach to a current “hot topic” problem, perhaps installing expensive technology to simply assist with the current issue, then discovering that this is not compatible with the next “hot topic”, resulting in potential abortive costs and delivery delays in meeting regulatory targets, as well as having to manage multiple reporting platforms.

This is why we have introduced our ecosystem bottom-up approach which allows us to work with our partners developing the most appropriate deployment options to cover a multitude of scenarios from mould and damp, indoor air quality, remote legionella temperature monitoring & flushing, fire door status monitoring, cold chain HCAAP compliance.

Our deployed ecosystem is applicable across the full property spectrum, from single dwellings to inner-city social housing estates, hospitals and healthcare estates, hotels and hospitality venues, schools and FE/HE estates, and commercial property.

We also guarantee futureproofing our partners organisations for any changes in legislation or future regulatory direction including the recent announcement of Awaab’s law legislation and Ella’s Law covering indoor air quality and pm2.5
